REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the first day of camp.

Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is requested 3–6 days before the camp begins.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the start of camp or after the camp has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion with a valid doctor’s note.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp must have at least 20 campers enrolled in order to take place. A full refund will be given to registrants if this number is not obtained.
